The short version

I am Ethan Florendo. I live in Vancouver, BC. I run a one-person consultancy focused on Google Business Profile audits and implementation for local service businesses. That is the entire job.

Everything is done personally by me. No agency, no outsourced team, no chatbot pretending to be me. When you email florendo.ethan@gmail.com, I answer. When you chat on an audit page, I am the one typing back (within business hours) or catching up in the morning (outside them).

Why I am doing this

I started running free Google Business Profile audits this month because I noticed three specific issues keep showing up on roughly 80% of the profiles I look at: short descriptions, missing secondary categories, and low owner-photo counts. These are fixable in minutes but nobody is telling small business owners. I decided to tell them.

The audit is free because the work of telling you is genuinely cheap. The implementation is $287 because fixing someone's profile takes about 3 hours of focused work and one revision cycle. If that math stops working, I will raise prices. For now, $287 covers my time and nothing more.

What I will not do

• I will not invent findings that do not apply to your business. If a finding does not apply, I regenerate it free.
• I will not charge you a monthly retainer. The implementation is one-time.
• I will not claim I can guarantee ranking outcomes. Nobody can. I guarantee implementation, not ranking.
• I will not use a chatbot to handle your support. If you email, I reply personally.
• I will not sell or share your data. I only store what I need to deliver the audit.

What I will do

• Deliver a personalized audit of your Google Business Profile within 2 hours of your request
• If you buy the implementation: publish the three fixes on your profile within 24 hours, with a before/after summary sent to your inbox
• Include one free revision if anything looks off
• Refund you automatically if the three fixes are not live within 48 hours of payment
• Answer any follow-up question you have personally, even if you never paid a cent
